1 No supply of alcohol may be made under the premises licence -
a) At a time when there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of the premises licence,
or
b) At a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his personal licence is suspended.
2 Every supply of alcohol under the premise licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.
Annex 2 - Conditions consistent with the Operating Schedule
1 Alcohol shall not be sold or supplied except to persons taking table meals during permitted hours. Permitted hours means:
a) Monday to Sunday 19.30 to 01.00 hours the following day,
The above restrictions do not prohibit:
a) The sale or supply of alcohol to residents and their bona fide guests.
2 The Licence holder is to support and rigorously enforce Challenger 21 proof of age policy.
Any person who looks or appears to be under the age of 21 shall be asked to provide identification that they are over the age of 18. The following are the only forms of identification acceptable: -
i. UK photo driving licence
ii. Passport
iii. Proof of Age Standards Scheme Card
