1 No supply of alcohol may be made under the premises licence -
a) At a time when there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of the premises licence,
or
b) At a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his personal licence is suspended.
2 Every supply of alcohol under the premise licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.
Annex 2 - Conditions consistent with the Operating Schedule
1 No entertainment of an adult nature will take place on the premises.
2 Intoxicating liquor shall not be sold or supplied on the premises otherwise than to persons residing there or there private friends, bona fide entertained by them at their own expense, and for consumption by such a person or his private friend on the premises.
3 Children must be accompanied by their parent / guardian at all times.
Annex 3 - Conditions attached after a hearing by the licensing authority
1 No consumption of alcohol may take place in the outside area after 21.30 hours.
