Annex 2 - Conditions consistent with the Operating Schedule
1 No entertainment of an adult nature will take place on the premises.
2 Performance of live music (permitted activity E) may take place on church land on the occasion of the annual summer fair (Saturday or Sunday) between 10.30 and 18.30.
3 Alcohol will not be sold to the general public, it will be sold only to persons attending church functions. In addition to the standard timings, intoxicants may be served at Summer and Christmas fairs between the hours of 1200 - 1600, at the Harvest Supper from 1900 - 2230 and at the Flower Festival between 1100 - 2230 with meals.
4 A proof of age scheme will be implemented at the premises and rigorously adhered to. Proof of age will be asked for from any person about whose age there is any doubt.
5 A 24 hour CCTV system will be in place for the church's internal and external areas.
6 Sensor-activated external lighting will be fixed at entrances, exits and pathways.
7 Notices will be displayed at exits requesting orderly and quiet departures from the premises and in the near vicinity.
8 Signs will be displayed regarding the 'non sale of alcohol to persons under 18'.
9 Children will be admitted to the licensed premises area only when accompanied by an adult.
