1 No supply of alcohol may be made under the premises licence -
a) At a time when there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of the premises licence,
or
b) At a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his personal licence is suspended.
2 Every supply of alcohol under the premise licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.
Annex 2 - Conditions consistent with the Operating Schedule
1 Intoxicants shall not be served other than to persons taking table meals at the premises.
2 The use of plastic glasses and bottles will be introduced at the premises.
3 The premises will adopt the 'Nightsafe' initiative.
4 The use of Radiolink / pagers will be adopted as a means of contact with other licensed premises.
5 Registered door supervisors will be provided at the entrance to the premises in order to monitor the capacity. Supervisors will also be provided at points between different rooms / levels to ensure that the maximum occupancy for each room / level is not exceeded.
6 There will be effective measures for monitoring queues to avoid any disturbances being caused. Signage will be displayed outside the premises advising patrons that admission will not be permitted to anyone causing a disturbance.
