Annex 2 - Conditions consistent with the Operating Schedule
1 Noise from any mechanical ventilation shall be inaudible within the nearest sensitive properties or, at the discretion of the Local Authority, shall not exceed some other pre-agreed limit, which does not cause unreasonable disturbance to the residents of these properties or their guests.
2 The collection and disposal of any waste / refuse should not take place externally between the hours of 2200 - 0800.
3 Any external light source associated with the premises shall not cause a nuisance or disturbance to any property within close proximity.
4 The premises are to be equipped with a closed circuit television system, which is appropriate to its purpose and provided and maintained to the satisfaction of the enforcement authorities.
5 Risk assessments carried out by or on behalf of the Licence Holder which relate to a licensing objective will be available for inspection by an officer or a Responsible Authority.
6 A clear, legible and conspicuous notice requesting patrons to avoid causing noise, nuisance or disturbance to local residents shall be displayed at every exit.
7 Frequent collection of all litter dropped within the vicinity of the licensed premises to be collected and removed at the licence holder's expense at a frequency of not less than 60 minute intervals during opening hours. This includes washing away to the gutter any spilled food.
8 Documentary evidence that all gas equipment and installations are safe must be available on site for inspection and renewed annually.
9 Documentary evidence that the whole electrical installation is safe must be available on site for inspection and renewed at least every five years.
10 Documentary evidence that all portable and moveable appliances have been tested and inspected (PAT testing register) must be available on site for inspection and renewed annually.
11 An asbestos assessment must be available on site for inspection.
