Annex 2 - Conditions consistent with the Operating Schedule
1 Doors marked SCN (i)(s) on the plan WA0133 / 1 / 1 shall be fire resisting self-closing doors provided with intumescent strip and smoke seal. On both sides of the doors shall be displayed the mandatory sign (a solid blue circle with white pictogram) which should also include the text "Fire door keep shut".
2 The volume of any recorded music shall not be played at a level that predominates over other activities within the premise and in turn, shall not cause a nuisance or disturbance to any property within close proximity.
3 The premises licence holder shall ensure that adequate ventilation is provided so as to ensure that cooking, noxious or persistent smells generated at the premises do not cause nuisance to properties within close proximity.
4 The premises licence holder shall provide suitable containers for the storage of waste, which are constructed and maintained to prevent the removal of such waste by vandals, thieves, animals, accidental spillage or inclement weather.
5 The collection and disposal of any waste / refuse should not take place externally between the hours of 2200 - 0800.
6 The premises licence holder will arrange for litter dropped on the forecourt and adjacent footpath of the licensed premises to be collected and removed at the Licence Holder's expense at the end of each trading day.
7 The premises licence holder will not countenance the use or supply of illegal drugs and staff will inform the Police immediately of any such suspected activity on or in the vicinity of the store.
8 No glassware will be used or supplied from the premises.
9 All health and safety legislation will be complied with, and regular health and safety risk assessments will be carried out.
10 Should a greater number of people congregate in the premises than is conducive to public safety, patrons will be requested to leave the premises, and will be encouraged to use the home delivery service.
11 Doors and windows will be kept closed during the evening to prevent noise escaping.
12 Patrons will be asked to leave the premises quietly and with consideration for local residents. Notices shall be displayed to this effect.
13 Delivery drivers will be instructed to enter and leave their vehicles quietly, not to leave engines running, and to park with consideration for local residents.
14 The premises will be fitted with a CCTV system.
15 The collection door will be closed at midnight to prevent members of the public from entering the store. After midnight the premises will operate as delivery only. Mopeds will not be used after midnight to reduce noise levels.
