Annex 2 - Conditions consistent with the Operating Schedule
1 Permitted hours for activities E, H, I, K and L shall be 2300 - 0200 the following morning on New Year's Eve, New Year's Day, Chinese New Year's Eve, the 1st, 2nd and 15th day of Chinese New Year, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. The opening hours of the premises shall also be extended until 0200 on these occasions.
2 Intoxicating liquor shall only be sold as ancillary to a substantial table meal at the premises.
3 Adequate training and supervision of staff is provided to ensure an effective and responsible management of the premises.
4 The Designated Premises Supervisor will be present at the premises during hours of business.
5 Where necessary, the applicant will ensure that the premises will have registered door staff and all staff on the premises are trained to prevent any instances of crime and disorder.
6 Door staff will control patrons leaving the premises, instructing patrons to leave quietly, particularly between 2300 and the closing hour of the premises.
7 The licence holder will ensure that adequate lighting is provided outside the premises.
8 The licence holder will ensure that the premises will not be overcrowded and will adopt crowd management measures to ensure the safety of all occupants, including limiting the number of patrons on the premises at any one time and controlling numbers of people leaving the premises at the same time before the closing hour.
9 The licence holder will ensure that all electrical and gas appliances are tested and certified on a regular basis and in are compliance with legislation requirements at all times.
10 The premises licence holder will ensure that noise from the premises will be inaudible in nearby properties, including noise from any air conditioning or ventilation systems.
11 Noise from any amplified music, either live or recorded, will not exceed the soundproofing of the premises.
12 Any external and security lighting will not be directed at any residential properties.
13 An adequate number of litter bins are to be provided outside the premises, and the licence holder will arrange for litter to be collected and disposed of on a regular basis.
14 No patrons will be permitted in any open areas within the compound of the premises after 2300.
15 No goods loading or deliveries may take place after 2300.
16 Any children on the premises must be accompanied by an adult, and no children are permitted on the premises after 2300.
17 Any karaoke CDs or DVDs will not contain any material of an adult or sexual nature or incidents of violence or disorder.
