Annex 2 - Conditions consistent with the Operating Schedule
1 No entertainment of an adult nature will take place on the premises.
2 Noise from any mechanical ventilation or refrigeration plant shall be inaudible within the nearest sensitive properties or, at the discretion of the Local Authority, shall not exceed some other pre-agreed limit, which does not cause unreasonable disturbance to local residents.
3 The collection and disposal of refuse should not take place externally between the hours of 2200 - 0800 hours.
4 The premises licence holder shall ensure that adequate ventilation is provided so as to ensure that cooking, noxious or persistent smells generated at the premises do not cause a nuisance to properties within close proximity.
5 The premises licence holder shall provide suitable containers for the storage of waste, which are constructed and maintained to prevent the removal of such waste by vandals, thieves, animals, accidental spillage or inclement weather.
6 Any external light source associated with the premises shall not cause a nuisance or disturbance to any property within close proximity.
7 The premises licence holder will arrange for litter dropped in the vicinity of the licensed premises to be collected and removed at the licence holder's expense at a frequency of not more than sixty minute intervals during opening hours. This includes washing away to the gutter any spilled food.
8 The premises are to be equipped with a CCTV system which meets the criteria detailed in Lancashire Constabulary's guidance document and which is well maintained and fully functional during the hours the premises are open to members of the public.
9 CCTV tapes shall be retained for 31 days and recordings shall be made available to the police upon request.
10 The premises shall have installed a wall mounted plasma screen, no smaller than 32", mounted in a position within the premises so that patrons can view live recorded CCTV footage.
11 At any time the premises are open to the public after 3am, the premises licence holder shall employ at least one SIA registered door supervisor. The supervisor shall wear reflective identification as approved by Lancashire Constabulary.
12 Any individual employed on the premises to carry out a security activity must be licensed by the SIA.
13 A clear, legible and conspicuous notice requesting patrons to avoid causing noise, nuisance or disturbance to local residents shall be displayed at every exit.
14 The licensee shall ensure that staff arriving before 0900 hours or departing late at night when the business has ceased trading conduct themselves in such a manner to avoid disturbance to nearby residents.
15 The premises licence holder shall keep records of staff including requesting identification with proof of age for young workers.
