Annex 2 - Conditions consistent with the Operating Schedule
1 No entertainment of an adult nature will take place on the premises.
2 Intoxicants only to be supplied to residents, except in the cafe where intoxicants may be served to members of the public taking a meal at the premises between 1030 and 2000.
3 Noise from any regulated entertainment will be inaudible at the nearest sensitive premises or, at the discretion of the Local Authority, shall not exceed some other pre-agreed limit, which does not cause unreasonable disturbance to neighbouring residents or their guests. Any noise limit agreed with the Local Authority must be controlled by a sound limiter / cut out device installed by a reputable sound engineer.
4 All external windows and doors in the function room will be kept closed during regulated entertainment except in the event of an emergency.
5 The volume of amplified sound used in connection with entertainment shall at all times be under the control of the Licensee or Management and the controlling mechanism shall be operated from a part of the premises inaccessible to the public.
6 The placing of refuse such as bottles into receptacles outside the premises shall not take place after 2200 hours so as to prevent disturbance to nearby premises.
7 The Licence holder is to support and rigorously enforce the Challenge 21 proof of age policy.
Any person who looks or appears to be under the age of 21 shall be asked to provide identification that they are over the age of 18. The following are the only forms of identification acceptable:
i. UK photo driving licence
ii. Passport
iii. Proof of Age Standards Scheme Card
8 CCTV to be installed in the bar, reception and games room areas.
9 Signage regarding the proof of age scheme to be applied at the premises will be displayed in both bars.
10 Regular electrical and gas safety checks to be carried out.
11 Adequate and appropriate first aid equipment will be kept at the premises.
