Annex 2 - Conditions consistent with the Operating Schedule
1 On no more than 6 occasions per calendar year, and with at least 2 weeks’ notice to both the Licensing Authority and the Police, the permitted hours for regulated entertainment may be extended, subject to Police approval.
2 Risk assessments will be carried out by the Licence Holder for every event and will be available for inspection by an officer or a Responsible Authority.
3 Where applicable, events are organised in accordance with guidelines set out in the Event Safety Guide.
4 The Licence Holder shall ensure that adequate first aid provision (according to risk assessment) is available at all times events are taking place.
5 The Licence Holder shall ensure that an appropriate number of stewards (according to risk assessment) are on duty whenever an event is taking place.
6 At the end of each event, where possible, announcements will be made to remind the public of the need to leave the area without causing annoyance, nuisance or disturbance to local residents.
7 The volume of amplified sound used in connection with entertainment shall at all times be under the control of the Licence Holder and the controlling mechanism shall be operated from an area inaccessible to the public.
8 The use of explosives, pyrotechnics and fireworks of a similar nature, which could cause disturbance in surrounding areas shall be restricted in accordance with requirements specified by the Council.
9 No organised entertainment of an ‘adult’ or ‘sexual’ nature will take place on the premises.
