Annex 2 - Conditions consistent with the Operating Schedule
1 Alcohol will be supplied to residents and their bona fide guests only.
2 The licence holder shall join the Pubwatch scheme.
3 A log will be kept to record any incidents that take place on the premises.
4 Appropriate measures will be taken to ensure staff prevent the removal of bottles or glasses from premises.
5 The licence holder shall adopt a ‘no proof, no sale’ scheme to ensure that alcohol sales will not be made to persons under 18 years of age.
6 The premises shall be equipped with a CCTV system.
7 There shall be no audible noise or perceptible vibration through the fabric of the building or structure to any habitable part of any adjoining property. (Habitable part means any part of the building or outdoor space, in substantial use at the time of the entertainment and does not include bathrooms, toilets, corridors or access lobbies).
8 Noise from any regulated entertainment shall be inaudible at the nearest sensitive premises or, at the discretion of the Local Authority, shall not exceed some other pre-agreed limit, which does not cause unreasonable disturbance to neighbouring residents or their guests.
9 All external windows and doors in the function room will be kept closed during regulated entertainment except in the event of an emergency and for access and egress.
10 The volume of amplified sound used in connection with entertainment shall, at all times, be under the control of the Licensee or Management.
11 Should the applicant upgrade their entertainment facilities, they shall consult with the Local Authority as to the suitability of these facilities and shall carry out any testing or measurements and install any equipment or carryout any works necessary to attenuate or minimize the effects of noise or vibration, as directed by the Head of Environmental Services or his representative.
