1 No supply of alcohol may be made under the premises licence -
a) At a time when there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of the premises licence,
or
b) At a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his personal licence is suspended.
2 Every supply of alcohol under the premise licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.
3 Any individual employed on the premises to carry out a security activity must be licensed by the Security Industry Authority.
Annex 2 - Conditions consistent with the Operating Schedule
1 This licence is valid for the period 27 - 30 July 2006 only.
2 Risk assessments will be produced by the event organisers and by any specialist contractors used at the event.
3 The cafe car park will be closed to the public during the event, with customer parking being available at Blackpool Cricket Club.
4 There will be an emergency evacuation procedure in place for the event.
5 Licensed security personnel will be employed at the event.
