1 No supply of alcohol may be made under the premises licence -
a) At a time when there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of the premises licence,
or
b) At a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his personal licence is suspended.
2 Every supply of alcohol under the premise licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.
Annex 2 - Conditions consistent with the Operating Schedule
1 Alcohol is to be sold and/or supplied to residents only.
2 Children shall not be allowed access to cigarette machines, gaming machines and any area of the premises other than those that are non-smoking.
3 The premises are to be run in accordance with the Pubwatch scheme.
4 The premises is to be equipped with a CCTV system.
5 Provide Emergency Lighting to the Licensed areas and means of escape.
