Annex 2 - Conditions consistent with the Operating Schedule
1 Intoxicants to be served to persons taking table meals only.
2 No admission to the premises is permitted after midnight.
3 A proof of age policy will be adopted at the premises and a record will be kept of all refusals.
4 No drinks promotions will be offered at the premises.
5 The capacity of the premises is limited to a maximum of 48 persons.
6 Regular checks will be made of toilet areas to prevent any misuse of drugs.
7 Exits are to be kept clear and any spillages or broken glass are to be removed.
8 All commercial waste from the premises will be stored in securely in bins at all times.
9 Signage will be provided requesting that patrons leave the premises quietly. No lights will be directed at nearby residential premises.
10 A fire alarm system will be provided in the restaurant that conforms to BS 5839 Part 1 incorporating sounders in the accommodation on the first and second floors.
11 A 30 minutes self closing fire door incorporating intumescent strips and smoke seals to the ground floor kitchen will be provided.
12 All signage shall conform to Health and Safety (signs and signals regs) 1996.
13 Maintained emergency lighting shall be provided in the restaurant to BS 5266 Part 1.
14 Noise from any regulated entertainment will be inaudible at the nearest noise sensitive premises or, at the discretion of the Local Authority, shall not exceed some other pre-agreed limit, which does not cause unreasonable disturbance to neighbouring premises.
