Annex 2 - Conditions consistent with the Operating Schedule
1 Intoxicants to be served to residents and their guests only.
2 All licensable activities shall be restricted to the area marked in red on the attached plan.
3 A full health and safety plan for the premises must be available for inspection and held on site, the policy must include documented monthly health and safety inspections of the workplace by a competent person.
4 A full register of electrical equipment and test results must be carried out annually and documented evidence available for inspection (portable appliance testing results).
5 A full periodic inspection and test of the electrical installations must be carried out every five years or at intervals recommended by a competent person, documented evidence of the inspection and test must be available for inspection.
6 Documented evidence that all gas appliances on site are safe to use must be available for inspection and renewed on an annual basis.
7 Documented evidence must be available for inspection for the passenger and any goods lifts, to show compliance with the Lifting Operations and Lifting Equipment Regulations.
8 Workplace noise assessments must be carried out and documented evidence available for inspection.
9 An asbestos assessment relating to this premise must be available for inspection.
10 CCTV is in operation at the front and rear of the building.
11 Notices will be displayed requesting that guests leave the building quietly so as not to cause disturbance to nearby residents.
12 No bottles or glasses are permitted to be taken out of the premises.
13 A proof of age scheme will be in operation at the premises.
