Annex 2 - Conditions consistent with the Operating Schedule
1 On bank holidays, and one day preceding and one day following, alcohol may be supplied until 0100.
2 On 31 December alcohol may be supplied until 0200 the following morning.
3 Intoxicating liquor shall not be sold or supplied on the premises otherwise than to persons residing there or their private friends, bona fide entertained by them at their own expense, and for consumption by such a person or his private friend, on the premises.
4 The licence holder is to support and rigorously enforce the Challenge 21 proof of age policy. Any person who looks or appears to be under the age of 21 shall be asked to provide identification that they are over the age of 18. The following are the only forms of identification acceptable: UK photo driving licence, passport, Proof of Age Standards Scheme Card.
5 All windows are to be closed at 2200 hours.
6 No open drinks containers will leave the premises or external seating area.
7 External lighting is provided to areas accessible to the public.
8 There will be no aggressive drinks promotions.
9 Notices are to be displayed at the exits reminding customers to respect others and leave the hotel quietly.
