Annex 2 - Conditions consistent with the Operating Schedule
1 During the holiday season, i.e. from Good Friday through to the last Sunday of the Illuminations display, the hours for the supply of alcohol may be extended until midnight.
2 A CCTV system is in operation inside the shop with a monitor.
3 Notices will be displayed advising customers to keep noise levels to a minimum so as not to disturb local residents.
4 The Licence holder is to support and rigorously enforce the Challenge 21 proof of age policy.
Any person who looks or appears to be under the age of 21 shall be asked to provide identification that they are over the age of 18. The following are the only forms of identification acceptable:
i. UK photo driving licence
ii. Passport
iii. Proof of Age Standards Scheme Card
5 A refusals book will be kept at the premises.
6 Evidence of the safety and maintenance of the electrical installation for the premises should be available for inspection on the premises and renewed at least every five years.
7 Evidence of the safety of electrical equipment in use at the premises (PAT testing) should be available for inspection on the premises and renewed annually.
8 An assessment as to whether there is asbestos present in the premises should be available for inspection and reviewed at least annually.
9 The licence holder should provide evidence of scheduled workplace / public area cleaning and the related assessments for hazardous substances in use at these premises.
10 Evidence of health and safety training relating to management and employees should be available for inspection on the premises and this must be reviewed at least annually.
11 Evidence of planned health and safety relating specifically to these premises should be available for inspection on the premises and this should be reviewed at least annually.
