• Annex 1 - Mandatory conditions

   

  1              No supply of alcohol may be made under the premises licence -

   

  a)              At a time when there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of the premises licence,

   

  or

   

  b)              At a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his personal licence is suspended.

   

  2              Every supply of alcohol under the premise licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.

  Annex 2 - Conditions consistent with the Operating Schedule

   

  1              The opening hours of the premises for pre-organised private functions are:

   

  a)              Monday to Saturday 10.00 - 01.00 hours the following day,

  b)              Sunday 10.00 - 00.00 hours.

   

  2              The licence holder is to support and rigorously enforce Challenge 21 or similar company policy proof of age policy.

   

  Any person who looks or appears to be under the age of 21 shall be asked to provide identification that they are over the age of 18.  The following are the only forms of identification acceptable: -

   

  i.              UK photo driving licence

  ii.              Passport

  iii.              Proof of Age Standards Scheme Card

   

  3              The Police or a Police Community Officer will be informed if anyone is found in possession of controlled substances.

   

  4              The outside seating area associated with the premises will be roped off from the public highway.

   

  5              Only polycarbonate or other suitable non-glass vessels are to be used to dispense drinks to customers in the outside area.

   

  6              The lower ground floor has a maximum seating capacity of 60 persons.
