• Annex 1 - Mandatory conditions

   

  1              No supply of alcohol may be made under the premises licence -

   

  a)              At a time when there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of the premises licence,

   

  or

   

  b)              At a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his personal licence is suspended.

   

  2              Every supply of alcohol under the premise licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.

  Annex 2 - Conditions consistent with the Operating Schedule

   

  1              Permitted hours for supply of alcohol may be extended until 2359 on Holy Saturday and from 0001 on Easter Day.

   

  2              Opening hours of the premises may be extended on the following occasions:

   

                Holy Saturday until midnight

                Easter day from midnight until midnight

                Christmas Eve until midnight

                Christmas Day from midnight until midnight

   

  3              The premises will adhere to the church's Health and Safety Policy, Child Protection Policy and Alcohol Policy, copies of which have been deposited with the Licensing Service.

   

  4              The premises are only available for private functions and church events under the guidance of the Parochial Church Council and the licence holder.

   

  5              Alcohol will only be served in the Narthex and the consumption of alcohol will be limited to the Narthex and Nave areas.

   

  6              An automatic fire system is installed at the premises.

   

  7              All alcohol will be stored in a locked metal cabinet.
