Annex 2 - Conditions consistent with the Operating Schedule
1 A fire risk assessment is to be completed by a competent person and the significant findings recorded and made available for inspection by a Fire Officer, Police Officer or authorised Officer of the Council.
2 A means of detecting and giving a warning in the event of fire shall be provided for all relevant persons to include occupants of the accommodation above.
3 Emergency lighting is to be provided and maintained in the licensed area.
4 Suitable and sufficient firefighting equipment is to be provided and maintained.
5 Fire separation is to be maintained between floors including the area surrounding the extractor unit.
6 All staff to receive fire safety training on induction and 6 monthly thereafter.
7 The licence holder shall ensure that staff arriving before 0900 or departing late at night when the business has ceased trading conduct themselves in such a manner to avoid disturbance to nearby residents.
8 A clear, legible and conspicuous notice requesting patrons to avoid causing noise, nuisance or disturbance to local residents shall be displayed at every exit.
9 The premises licence holder will dissuade customers from loud behaviour.
10 The collection and disposal of any refuse should not take place externally between the hours of 2200 and 0800.
11 The premises licence holder shall provide suitable containers for the storage of waste, which are constructed and maintained to prevent the removal of such waste by vandals, thieves, animals, accidental spillage or inclement weather.
12 Any external light source associated with the premises shall not cause a nuisance or disturbance to any property within close proximity.
13 The premises licence holder shall ensure that adequate ventilation is provided so that cooking, noxious or persistent smells generated at the premises do not cause nuisance to properties within close proximity.
14 The premises licence holder will ensure that the vicinity of the premises is cleaned up adequately after the close of business each day.
