Annex 2 - Conditions consistent with the Operating Schedule
1 CCTV, which complies with the following criteria, will be installed at the premises.
i The CCTV system shall be installed, maintained and operated to the reasonable satisfaction of Lancashire Constabulary;
ii The system shall display on any recording the correct time and date of the recording;
iii The system shall be recording during all hours the premises is open to the public;
iv VCR tapes or digital recording shall be held for a minimum of 30 days after the recording is made and will be made available to the Police for inspection upon request;
2 The licence holder shall ensure that staff arriving before 9am or departing late at night when the business has ceased trading conduct themselves in such a manner to avoid disturbance to nearby residents.
3 A clear, legible and conspicuous notice requesting patrons to avoid causing noise, nuisance or disturbance to local residents shall be displayed at every exit.
4 The premises licence holder shall provide suitable containers for the storage of waste, which are constructed and maintained to prevent the removal and dispersal of such waste by vandals, thieves, animals, accidental spillage or inclement weather.
5 Frequent collection of all litter dropped within the vicinity of the licensed premises to be collected and removed, at the licence holder's expense, at a frequency of not less than 60 minute intervals during opening hours. This includes washing away to the gutter any spilled food.
6 Noise from any mechanical ventilation or refrigeration plant will be inaudible at the nearest noise sensitive premises or, at the discretion of the Local Authority, shall not exceed some other pre-agreed limit, which does not cause unreasonable disturbance.
7 The removal and movement of rubbish from the premises and subsequent storage externally to the building prior to collection shall be undertaken between 0800 and 2200 hours only, to prevent disturbance to the occupants of the nearest noise sensitive premises from such activities.
8 The premises licence holder shall ensure that adequate ventilation is provided so as to ensure that cooking, noxious or persistent smells generated at the premises do not cause nuisance to properties within close proximity.
9 Any external light source associated with the premises shall not cause a nuisance or disturbance to any property within close proximity.
