1 No supply of alcohol may be made under the premises licence -
a) At a time when there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of the premises licence,
or
b) At a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his personal licence is suspended.
2 Every supply of alcohol under the premise licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.
Annex 2 - Conditions consistent with the Operating Schedule
1 Alcohol will only be supplied with a meal.
2 Music will not cause nuisance to local residents. Levels of music will be turned down for the final 30 minutes of trading.
3 The Challenge 21 proof of age scheme will be in operation at the premises.
4 Notices will be displayed requesting customers to leave the premises quietly.
