1 No supply of alcohol may be made under the premises licence -
a) At a time when there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of the premises licence,
or
b) At a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his personal licence is suspended.
2 Every supply of alcohol under the premise licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.
Annex 2 - Conditions consistent with the Operating Schedule
1 Between 2300 and 0700, alcohol will only be sold or supplied to hotel residents and their bona fide guests.
2 All staff are trained in the appropriate legislation.
3 Advice will be taken from local Police in relation to local concerns. The premises operates primarily as a hotel and other licensable activity is purely ancillary to that use.
4 If required, notices will be displayed reminding patrons to leave quietly and respect the local residential amenity.
5 All under-16s will be accompanied by an adult in areas where licensable activity takes place.
6 No adult entertainment will take place at the premises.
