Annex 2 - Conditions consistent with the Operating Schedule
1 No entertainment of an adult nature will take place on the premises.
2 A fire risk assessment to be completed by a competent person and the significant findings made available for inspection by a Fire Officer, Police Officer or authorised Officer of the Council.
3 A suitable and sufficient procedure should be established, to be followed in the event of an emergency.
4 A suitable and sufficient emergency lighting system to be installed conforming to BS 5266 or equivalent standard.
5 The fire alarm to be maintained in accordance with BS 5839 or equivalent, this shall be recorded and records made available for inspection by a Fire Officer, Police Officer or authorised Officer of the Council.
6 Emergency lighting to be maintained in accordance with BS 5266 or equivalent, this shall be recorded and records made available for inspection by a Fire Officer, Police Officer or authorised Officer of the Council.
7 Staff shall receive training in action to be taken in the event of a fire or suspicion of a fire, this shall be recorded and records made available for inspection by a Fire Officer, Police Officer or authorised Officer of the Council.
8 The premises is equipped with a CCTV system which records 24 hours a day: 14 cameras are installed inside the premises with 2 further cameras installed at the external rear area of the premises.
9 A bin is provided outside the entrance to the premises.
10 A refusals register is kept on the premises.
11 A proof of age scheme is in operation at the premises. The only accepted methods of proving a customer's age are passports, driving licence and citizen cards with the pass hologram.
