Annex 2 - Conditions consistent with the Operating Schedule
1 No entertainment of an adult nature will take place on the premises.
2 The premises are to be equipped with a CCTV system which meets the criteria detailed in Lancashire Constabulary's guidance document and which is well maintained and fully functional during the hours the premises are open to members of the public.
3 CCTV tapes shall be retained for 31 days and recordings shall be made available to the police upon request.
4 A clear, legible and conspicuous notice requesting patrons to avoid causing noise, nuisance or disturbance to local residents shall be displayed at every exit.
5 The licence holder shall ensure that staff arriving before 0900 hours or departing late at night when the business has ceased trading conduct themselves in such a manner to avoid disturbance to nearby residents.
6 The collection and disposal of any refuse should not take place externally between the hours of 2200 and 0800.
7 Frequent collection of all litter dropped within the vicinity of the licensed premises to be collected and removed, at the licence holder's expense, at a frequency of not less than 60 minute intervals during opening hours. This includes washing away to the gutter any spilled food.
8 The premises licence holder shall provide suitable containers for the storage of waste, which are constructed and maintained to prevent the removal of such waste by vandals, thieves, animals, accidental spillage or inclement weather.
9 Fire equipment shall be checked and maintained on a regular basis.
10 No children under the age of 18 will be employed on the premises. Records will be kept of all employees.
