Annex 2 - Conditions consistent with the Operating Schedule
1 No entertainment of an adult nature will take place on the premises.
2 Intoxicating liquor shall not be sold or supplied on the premises otherwise than to persons taking table meals there and for consumption by such a person as ancillary to his meal.
3 The supply of intoxicating liquor will be by waiter / waitress service only and only to persons seated at tables.
4 All staff to have received suitable training in relation to the proof of age scheme to be applied upon the premises. Records to evidence this will be made available to an authorised officer upon request.
5 Another member of staff shall be nominated to act for the Designated Premises Supervisor, in their absence, whose identity is known by all other staff when such absence occurs.
6 Suitable beverages other than intoxicating liquor (including drinking water) shall be equally available for consumption, with or otherwise as an ancillary to, meals served in the licensed premises.
7 Any person who looks or appears to be under the age of 21 shall be asked to provide photo identification that they are over the age of 18. The following are the only forms of identification acceptable:
i. UK photo driving licence
ii. Passport
iii. Proof of Age Standards Scheme Card
OR any other nationally or locally approved form of identification which may be introduced in the future.
8 All deliveries to the premises will take place between the hours of 0900 and 1700.
9 A refusals register will be in use at the premises.
10 Staff will be trained in the social responsibilities associated with the sale of alcohol.
11 There will be regular electrical and gas safety checks by a competent person.
12 Staff will be trained in evacuation procedures. A fire alarm system and emergency lighting is fitted at the premises.
13 The premises licence holder will determine a maximum occupancy for the premises.
14 There will be an adequate supply of first aid equipment in the premises.
15 Notices will be displayed requesting that customers leave the premises quietly. A noise assessment will be undertaken to identify measures to prevent nuisance.
16 Sound proofing is fitted to the ceiling, music will be played at background levels only.
