Annex 2 - Conditions consistent with the Operating Schedule
1 No entertainment of an adult nature will take place on the premises.
2 The area is covered by town centre CCTV cameras.
3 Police and SIA trained security are present on the site throughout the weekend.
4 There will be radio communication between all key personnel on site.
5 Responsible drinking is to be promoted at all bars and intoxicated people will be removed from the enclosure. All bar staff, volunteers and SIA personnel will be prebriefed on anti-social behaviour and responsible drinking practices.
6 A full event health and safety risk assessment and fire safety evacuation plan will be in place and will include enclosure capacities as approved by the fire officer.
7 The use of glass containers is not allowed in the enclosure. Plastic and polycarbonate containers only will be used.
8 All SIA personnel, volunteers and organisers will wear high visibility vests.
9 St John's ambulance will be present throughout.
10 Rubbish will be regularly cleared away to avoid any build up of waste.
11 Disruption to local residents will be kept to a minimum and signs will be in place asking patrons to respect our neighbours. Noisy and inappropriate behaviour will be challenged at all times.
12 Young people will have no access to gaming machines, cigarettes or alcohol.
13 The Challenge 21 scheme will be in operation at all venues within the enclosure.
14 All traders will complete an application stipulating that no adult products will be available for sale in the enclosure.
15 SIA personnel and volunteers will be prebriefed on procedures if drug taking is suspected and bag checks will be in operation.
