Annex 2 - Conditions consistent with the Operating Schedule
1 Intoxicating liquor shall not be sold or supplied otherwise than to:
a. Persons residing at the premises or their private friends, bona fide entertained by them at their own expense, and for consumption by such a person or his private friend so entertained by him, either on the premises or with a meal supplied at but to be consumed off the premises.
b. Persons taking table meals on the premises and for consumption by such a person as an ancillary to his meal.
2 There are no restrictions on the hours during which residents may be served intoxicants.
3 Suitable beverages other than intoxicating liquor (including drinking water) shall be equally available for consumption, with or otherwise as an ancillary to, meals served in the licensed premises.
4 All staff to have received suitable training in relation to the proof of age scheme to be applied on the premises. Records to evidence this will be made available to an authorised officer upon request.
5 At least one Personal Licence holder will be available while the supply or sale of alcohol is being undertaken (whose identity will be known to all other staff engaged in the supply or sale of alcohol) except in the case of emergency.
6 Another member of staff shall be nominated to act for the Designated Premises Supervisor, in their absence, whose identity is known by all other staff when such absence occurs.
7 A clear, legible and conspicuous notice requesting patrons to avoid causing noise, nuisance or disturbance to local residents shall be displayed at every exit.
8 A zero tolerance policy towards illegal drugs will be enforced at all times within the premises.
9 A full health and safety plan for the premises must be available for inspection and held on site, the policy must include documented monthly health and safety inspections of the workplace by a competent person.
10 A full register of electrical equipment and test results must be carried out annually and documented evidence available for inspection (portable appliance testing results).
11 A full periodic inspection and test of the electrical installations must be carried out every five years or at intervals recommeded by a competent person, documented evidence of the inspection and test must be available for inspection.
12 Documented evidence that all gas appliances on site are safe to use must be available for inspection and renewed on an annual basis.
13 Documented evidence must be available for inspection for the passenger and any goods lifts, to show compliance with the Lifting Operations and Lifting Equipment Regulations.
14 Workplace noise assessments must be carried out and documented evidence available for inspection.
15 An asbestos assessment relating to this premises must be available for inspection.
16 All licensable activities to be restricted to the area marked in red on the attached plan.
17 CCTV is in operation on the doors and in the bar area.
