Annex 2 - Conditions consistent with the Operating Schedule
1 Seasonal variations:
These hours will only apply during the Blackpool season from April - November, and over the Christmas and New Year period. During the remainder of the year the opening times will be 08:00 to 23:00 at the weekend and 08:00 to 21:00 during the week.
2 After 23:00 the upstairs area will be closed to members of the public so that after 23:00 members of the public can be more readily supervised by staff.
3 There is no live entertainment.
4 The premises have CCTV installed.
5 There is a TV screen visible to customers so they are aware they are being subject to CCTV surveillance.
6 Signs will be fitted to notify customers that unsocial behaviour will not be tolerated.
7 All staff will be trained to further the licensing objectives.
8 All staff are fully trained, including basic first aid.
9 There is basic first aid equipment on site.
10 The premises has suitable fire safety measures in place including smoke detectors, fire alarms, fire fighting equipment and emergency lighting.
