Annex 2 - Conditions consistent with the Operating Schedule
1 As a premises licence holder, I will ensure that there is adequate competent staff on duty at all times when the premises are used for any licensable activity in order to comply with the terms and conditions of the licence and to prevent crime and disorder. I will make sure that all of my employees are trained on their responsibilities when it comes to selling alcohol, especially when it comes to drunkenness and underage people.
2 Records will be kept of training.
3 Proof of age scheme for alcohol and tobacco products (No ID no sale rule).
4 Challenge 25 proof of age policy shall be implemented, and staff will be trained to enforce it.
5 CCTV cameras shall be installed, maintained and operated to the reasonable satisfaction of Lancashire constabulary.
6 Premises alarm system shall be installed
7 Crime prevention notices (signage)
8 No consumption of alcohol inside the premises policy and signage
9 An incident book will be maintained to record refused alcohol sales and disorder
10 CCTV footage shall be password protected and stored for 21 days.
11 Suitable Fire Risk Assessment at the premises and implemented the necessary control measures.
12 All exit doors are easily operable without the use of a key, card, code or similar means.
13 A4 sized warning notices to be displayed in the premises advising CCTV is in operation.
14 Carrying open or sealed bottles or glasses will not be admitted .
15 Irresponsible drinks promotions will not be permitted.
16 Limited number of people will be allowed to enter the premises and method of checking number of people would be incorporated.
17 First aid equipment and materials must be available on the premises.
18 Staff will regularly patrol the premises indoors and outdoors.
19 All external windows and doors will be kept shut other than access or egress.
20 Litter bins will be installed and maintained both inside and outside.
21 A noise management plan has been devised and is in operation at the premises.
22 Noise or vibration from the premises will be maintained that will not be audible at the facade of any neighbouring noise sensitive premises.
23 All windows are double glazed to minimise the breakout of noise.
24 All ventilation and extract systems are designed and maintained so as to prevent noxious smells causing a nuisance to nearby properties.
25 All external lighting, including floodlighting, is directed away from adjacent occupiers
26 The premises operate a proof of age policy that has been agreed by the police.
27 No smoking and consumption of alcohol in the premises.
28 A crime prevention policy agreed by the police and local authority is in place
