Annex 2 - Conditions consistent with the Operating Schedule
1 No entertainment of an adult nature will take place on the premises.
2 Intoxicants to be served to residents only.
3 The playing of recorded music is authorised at background levels only and is under the control of staff at all times.
4 Notices will be displayed reminding residents to be quiet when entering and exiting the hotel.
5 All children must be accompanied by a responsible adult whilst in the bar area which will be supervised by staff at all times.
6 Proof of age must be shown to anyone under the age of 21.
7 The volume of amplified sound used in connection with regulated entertainment shall at all times be under the control of the Licensee or management and the controlling mechanism shall be operated from a part of the premises inaccessible to the public.
8 Noise from any regulated entertainment will be inaudible at the nearest noise sensitive premises or, at the discretion of the local authority, shall not exceed some other pre-agreed limit, whcih does not cause unreasonable disturbance to neighbouring residents or their guests.
9 All external windows and doors leading into the licensed area where regulated entertainment is provided should remain closed during provision of the said entertainment except when being used as an escape route in the event of an emergency.
