Annex 2 - Conditions consistent with the Operating Schedule
1 Intoxicants to be served to residents of the Darfield Hotel; also to residents of the Beverley Hotel, 4 Charnley Road; plus persons attending a pre-arranged function at the Darfield Hotel.
2 Notices will be displayed reminding residents to be quiet when entering and exiting the hotel.
3 All children must be accompanied by a responsible adult whilst in the bar area which will be supervised by staff at all times.
4 Proof of age must be shown to anyone under the age of 21.
5 The volume of amplified sound used in connection with regulated entertainment shall at all times be under the control of the Licensee or management and the controlling mechanism shall be operated from a part of the premises inaccessible to the public.
6 Noise from any regulated entertainment will be inaudible at the nearest noise sensitive premises or, at the discretion of the local authority, shall not exceed some other pre-agreed limit, whcih does not cause unreasonable disturbance to neighbouring residents or their guests.
7 All external windows and doors leading into the licensed area where regulated entertainment is provided should remain closed during provision of the said entertainment except when being used as an escape route in the event of an emergency.
8 The premises will be open to residents of the Beverley Hotel from 1200 - 0400 only when required. Opening hours for guests attending a pre-arranged function are 1200 - 0100.
9 Live music is limited to a maximum of 2 hours per day.
10 Non standard timings for live music: Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve 1900 - 0100. Afternoon functions (maximum of 12 occasions per year): noon to midnight.
11 Background music is permitted from 1000 - 0300 whilst the bar is in use if required.
12 Adult entertainment in the form of 'Steak and Strip' nights will take place at the premises. These will be organised functions for pre-arranged guests by invitation only (residents and non-residents). Striptease performances will last no longer than 20 minutes and are limited to a maximum of 2 per week.
13 CCTV cameras will monitor the premises.
14 Children will not be allowed on the premises during performances of adult entertainment.
