Annex 2 - Conditions consistent with the Operating Schedule
1. CCTV will be installed and will be able to provide any requested recordings.
2. Signage will be displayed saying CCTV is in operation.
3. Signage will be displayed asking customers to be mindful of noise levels when leaving the premises.
4. The outside of the shop will be kept clean and all glass bottles will be put in a bin.
5. No children will be served after 23.00.
6. The premises licence holder will risk assess the requirement for door supervisors at the premises and shall employ door supervisors in such numbers and at such times as is deemed necessary by the risk assessment.
7. CCTV must be installed internally and externally at the premises and must comply with the following:
i. The CCTV system shall be installed, maintained and operated to the reasonable satisfaction of Lancashire Constabulary. The entrance and bar areas are to be covered by the system. The system will incorporate a camera covering each of the entrance doors and will be capable of providing an image which is regarded as identification standard.
ii. The system will display on any recording the correct time and date of the recording.
iii. Digital recording shall be held for a minimum of 21 days respectively, after the recording is made and will be made available to the Police or any authorised persons acting for Responsible Authority for inspection upon request.
