Annex 2 - Conditions consistent with the Operating Schedule
1 No persons under the age of 18 will be allowed on the premises after Midnight.
2 CCTV will be installed at the premises and will comply with the following:
The CCTV system shall be installed, maintained and operated to the reasonable satisfaction of Lancashire Constabulary.
The system will incorporate a camera covering the entrance doors and will be capable of providing an image which is regarded as identification standard.
The system will display on any recording the correct time and date of the recording.
The system will make recordings during all hours the premises are open to the public Digital recordings shall be held for a minimum of 28 days after the recording is made and will be made available to the Police or any authorised persons acting for a Responsible Authority for inspection upon request.
The system will, as a minimum, record images of the head and shoulders of all persons entering the premises.
3 A staff member who is conversant with the operation of the CCTV system will be on the premises at all times when the takeaway is open to the public. This person will be able to show police recent data or footage with the minimum of delay when requested.
4 The premises shall have installed a wall-mounted screen in a prominent position within the premises, so that patrons can view live-recorded CCTV footage.
5 A responsible person appointed by the licence holder will be available on the premises during the hours the licensable activity is taking place.
6 There shall be placed at the single entrance/exit to and from the premises, in a position where it can be seen and easily read by the public, a notice requiring customers to leave the premises and the immediate area quietly.
7 Any amplified music played inside the premises shall not be audible outside the premises.
8 There shall be provided at the premises containers for the storage and disposal of waste foods and other refuse. Such containers shall be constructed, maintained and located so as to prevent access by vermin and unauthorised persons, and arrangements shall be made for the regular lawful disposal of their contents.
9 No waste, recycling, or disposal shall take place between 23:00 hours and 07:00 hours.
10 The premises licence holder shall ensure that litter and cigarette debris arising from the premises and dropped in the vicinity is collected and removed at the end of operating hours each night.
11 No deliveries to, or collections from, the premises for the purposes of servicing the business, including stock deliveries, refuse collection, or removal of equipment or materials, shall take place between 23:00 hours and 07:00 hours. This shall not prevent the collection of food orders by individual delivery riders for delivery to customers.
12 The Licensee shall ensure that staff departing at night when the business has ceased trading, conduct themselves in such a manner to avoid disturbance to nearby residents.
13 The premises licence holder will risk assess the requirement for door supervisors at the premises and shall employ door supervisors in such numbers and at such times as is deemed necessary by the risk assessment
14 There will be no boxing machines in operation in the premises.
