Annex 2 - Conditions consistent with the Operating Schedule
1 This variation will only come in to effect 29 days after the successful surrender of Blackpool premises licence WA0270 and it not being transferred during this period.
2 Signs to be posted in a prominent position at the premises asking customers to respect the premises’ neighbours and to leave the area quickly and quietly.
3 No persons under the age of 18 will be allowed on the premises after 23:00hrs.
4 CCTV will be installed internally and externally at the premises and will comply with the following:
The CCTV system shall be installed, maintained, and operated to the reasonable satisfaction of Lancashire Constabulary. All public areas of the premises are to be covered by the system.
The system will display on any recording the correct time and date of the recording.
The system will make recordings during all hours the premises are open to the public.
Digital recordings shall be held for a minimum of 28 days after the recording is made and will be made available to the Police or any authorised persons acting for a Responsible Authority for inspection upon request.
The system will, as a minimum, record images of the head and shoulders of all persons entering the premises.
A staff member who is conversant with the operation of the CCTV system will be on the premises at all times when the takeaway is open to the public. This person will be able to show police recent data or footage with the minimum of delay when requested. This data or footage reproduction should be almost instantaneous.
5 The premises shall have installed a wall-mounted screen in a prominent position within the premises, so that patrons can view live-recorded CCTV footage
A responsible person appointed by the licence holder will be available on the premises during the hours the licensable activity is taking place.
There will be at least 1 SIA registered member of door staff on duty at the premises from 1am until closing every Saturday and Sunday morning, and on any Bank Holiday, including Christmas Day, Boxing Day, and New Year’s Day.
A risk assessment will be carried out by the licence holder to consider the need for additional door supervisors at busier periods. At all times there will be adequate door staff at the premises as appropriate to this risk assessment.
There will be no boxing machines in operation in the premises.
