Annex 2 - Conditions consistent with the Operating Schedule
1 CCTV will be installed internally and externally at the premises and will comply with the following:
The CCTV system shall be installed, maintained, and operated to the reasonable satisfaction of Lancashire Constabulary. All public areas of the premises are to be covered by the system.
The system will display on any recording the correct time and date of the recording.
The system will make recordings during all hours the premises are open to the public.
Digital recordings shall be held for a minimum of 28 days after the recording is made and will be made available to the Police or any authorised persons acting for a Responsible Authority for inspection upon request.
The system will, as a minimum, record images of the head and shoulders of all persons entering the premises.
A staff member who is conversant with the operation of the CCTV system will be on the premises at all times when the takeaway is open to the public. This person will be able to show police recent data or footage with the minimum of delay when requested.
The premises shall have installed a wall-mounted screen in a prominent position within the premises, so that patrons can view live-recorded CCTV footage
2 A responsible person appointed by the licence holder will be available on the premises during the hours the licensable activity is taking place.
3 The premises licence holder shall take all reasonable steps to ensure that customers do not congregate outside the premises after leaving.
5 The licensee shall ensure that noise from kitchen extract systems, refrigeration units, and other plant or machinery does not cause a public nuisance. All such equipment shall be maintained in good working order and fitted with appropriate acoustic treatment where necessary.
7 No persons under the age of 18 will be allowed on the premises after 23.00 hrs.
8 The licence holder must ensure unaccompanied children are supervised by staff at all times.
9 There will be no boxing machines in operation in the premises.
