Annex 2 - Conditions consistent with the Operating Schedule
1 Intoxicating liquor shall not be sold or supplied on the premises otherwise than to persons residing there or their private friends, bona fide entertained by them at their own expense, and for the consumption by such a person or his private friend so entertained by him on the premises.
2 The Licensee shall provide and maintain suitable sufficient CCTV surveillance systems upon the premises.
3 No children are permitted in the licensed area after 2100 unless accompanied by an adult.
4 Any person who appears to be under the age of 21 shall be asked to provide identification that they are over the age of 18. The following are the only forms of identification acceptable:
UK photo driving licence
Passport
Proof of Age Standards Scheme (PASS) card
5 The volume of any recorded music shall not be played at a level that predominates over other activities within the premises and in turn, shall not cause a nuisance or disturbance to any property within close proximity.
6 There shall be placed at all exit points from the premises in a place where they can be seen and easily read by the public, clear and legible notices requiring customers to leave the premises and the area quietly, so as to minimise disturbance to properties within close proximity.
7 The collection and disposal of bottles and refuse should not take place externally between the hours of 2200 - 0800, so as to minimise disturbance to properties within close proximity.
