• Annex 1 - Mandatory conditions

   

  1              Alcohol may be sold or supplied:

   

  a)              Monday to Sunday 1100 - 0200 the following morning

  b)              On New Year’s Eve, from the end of permitted hours on New Year’s Eve to the start of permitted hours on the following day (or, if there are no permitted hours on the following day, midnight on 31st December).

   

  The above restrictions do not prohibit the sale or supply of alcohol to any person residing in the licensed premises, or the supply of alcohol to any private friends of a person residing there who are bona fide entertained by him at his own expense.

   

  2              The premises shall be used for the purpose of habitually providing the customary main meal at midday or in the evening, or both, for the accommodation of persons frequenting the premises and for the purpose of habitually providing for reward board and lodging, including breakfast and one other at least of the customary main meals.

   

  3              Intoxicating liquor shall not be sold or supplied otherwise than to residents and bona fide guests attending functions not organised by the Premises Licence holder.

   

  4              Suitable beverages other than intoxicating liquor (including drinking water) shall be equally available for consumption with or otherwise as an ancillary to meals served in the licensed premises.

   

  5              No supply of alcohol may be made under the premises licence -

   

  a)              At a time when there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of the premises licence,

   

  or

   

  b)              At a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his personal licence is suspended.

   

  6              Every supply of alcohol under the premise licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.

  Annex 2 - Conditions consistent with the Operating Schedule

   

  All external windows and doors should be closed during any hours of Regulated Entertainment, except in the case of an emergency.

   

  Noise from any Regulated Entertainment should not cause disturbance to adjoining or nearby residents.

   

  An incident book will be kept and details recorded of all instances of public disorder.

   

  Means of escape will be maintained, unobstructed, immediately available and clearly identifiable.

   

  Notices detailing actions to be taken in the event of an emergency will be prominently displayed.

   

  There will be adequate and appropriate supplies of first aid equipment available upon the premises.

   

  Prominent, clear and legible notices will be displayed at all exits requesting patrons to respect the needs of local residents.

   

  A proof of age policy will be in effect at the premises.
