Annex 2 - Conditions consistent with the Operating Schedule
1 Non-standard timings for regulated entertainment are as follows: -
a) On Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and Boxing Day, 19.00 to 01.00 hours the following day
b) On New Year's Eve and New Year's Day, 19.00 to 01.00 hours the following day
c) On Public/Bank Holidays 19.00 to 01.00 hours the following day
2 Noise from any regulated entertainment must not be audible at the nearest noise sensitive premises, or, if agreed with the Local Authority, must not exceed some other reasonable limit.
3 There must not be any audible noise or perceptible vibration through the fabric of the building to any habitable part of any adjoining property. (Habitable part means any part of the building or outdoor space, in substantial use at the time of the entertainment but does not include bathrooms, toilets, corridors or access lobbies).
4 Any possibility of disturbance will be monitored regularly by the Licensee.
5 Windows will be closed during the late hours regulated entertainment is provided.
6 Intoxicating liquor shall not be sold or supplied on the premises other than to residents and bona fide guests.
