1 No supply of alcohol may be made under the premises licence -
a) At a time when there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of the premises licence,
or
b) At a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his personal licence is suspended.
2 Every supply of alcohol under the premise licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.
Annex 2 - Conditions consistent with the Operating Schedule
1 Alcohol is only permitted to be sold to residents.
2 There shall be no sale of alcoholic drink to any person who is drunk, or to any person who may pass drink on to such persons or on to persons under the age of 18 years of age.
3 Music will only be played in the bar area and kept to a background level only.
4 CCTV systems to be installed at the premises.
5 No children to be allowed at the bar.
6 No children to be allowed in the bar area unless accompanied by an adult.
7 If there is any doubt as to the age of any person, appropriate identification will be required - notices to this effect will be displayed in the bar area only.
8 Only none alcoholic drinks will be provided to children through their parents.
