Annex 2 - Conditions consistent with the Operating Schedule
1 No entertainment of an adult nature will take place on the premises.
2 Intoxicating liquor shall not be sold or supplied on the premises otherwise than to persons residing there or their private friends, bona fide entertained by them at their own expense, and for consumption by him either on the premises or with a meal supplied at but to be consumed off the premises.
3 The Licence holder is to support and rigorously enforce the Challenge 21 proof of age policy.
Any person who looks or appears to be under the age of 21 shall be asked to provide identification that they are over the age of 18. The following are the only forms of identification acceptable:
i. UK photo driving licence
ii. Passport
iii. Proof of Age Standards Scheme Card
4 Regular safety checks will be carried out at the premises.
5 All fire safety legislation will be complied with.
6 There will be a first aid box on site.
7 All members of staff will be trained in evacuation procedures.
8 There will be no live or recorded music permitted at the premises.
9 Taxi telephone numbers will be provided to guests.
10 Signs will be placed at the exits of the premises reminding guests to leave quietly.
11 Children are permitted in all public areas of the premises under the supervision of an adult.
