• Annex 1 - Mandatory conditions

   

  1              No supply of alcohol may be made under the premises licence -

   

  a)              At a time when there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of the premises licence,

   

  or

   

  b)              At a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his personal licence is suspended.

   

  2              Every supply of alcohol under the premise licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.

  Annex 2 - Conditions consistent with the Operating Schedule

   

  1              The sale of alcohol is restricted to residents and their bone fide guests only.

   

  2              A proof of age scheme will be operated on the premises.

   

  3              All children must be accompanied by an adult.

   

  4              All fire exits will be kept unobstructed.

   

  5              Close liks will be maintained with the Police.

   

  6              A maximum of 25 residents will be on the premises at any one time.
