Annex 2 - Conditions consistent with the Operating Schedule
1 Intoxicants are to be served to residents and their bona fide guests only.
2 Any alcohol served for consumption off the premises will only be served / supplied with a packed meal supplied within the terms of the accommodation provided.
3 Alcohol will not be sold / supplied to any guest who is intoxicated. Self service of alcohol will not be permitted.
4 All alarms will be regularly serviced and tested and any faults identified will be remedied immediately. Notices will be prominently displayed in the premises detailing essential steps to be taken if a fire is discovered or a fire alarm sounds.
5 All health and safety requirements shall be complied with.
6 Children will only be permitted on the premises if accompanied by parents / carers who are temporary residents.
7 Persons who appear to be under the age of 18 years and seek to purchase alcohol shall be required to produce proof of age by way of one of the following:
A recognised proof of age card accredited under the British Retail consortium's Proof of Age Standards Scheme (PASS).
A photo driving licence.
A passport.
A citizen card supported by the Home Office.
An official ID card issued by HM Forces or the European Union bearing a photograph and the date of birth of the holder.
