1 No supply of alcohol may be made under the premises licence -
a) At a time when there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of the premises licence,
or
b) At a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his personal licence is suspended.
2 Every supply of alcohol under the premise licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.
Annex 2 - Conditions consistent with the Operating Schedule
1 No entertainment of an adult nature will take place on the premises.
2 Only residents will use the entertainment facilities.
3 There will be frequent collection of glasses and bottles.
4 Noise from any regulated entertainment will not cause unreasonable disturbance to the residents and guests of nearby sensitive premises.
5 The Challenge 21 scheme will be in operation at the premises in respect of alcohol sales.
6 All staff to have received suitable training in relation to the proof of age scheme in operation at the premises. A written record will be kept of this training.
