Annex 2 - Conditions consistent with the Operating Schedule
1 CCTV to monitor front entrance and the hotel landings.
2 All children under 16 years of age must always be accompanied by their parents.
3 Regulated Activities E, F and L are permitted in the Bar Area and Dining Room only.
4 Alcohol is permitted in the Bar Area, Dining Room, Television Room and within the fenced outside area at the front of the premises as indicated on the plan.
5 Intoxicating liquor shall not be sold or supplied on the premises otherwise than to persons residing there, or their private friends bona fide entertained by them at their own expense, and for consumption by such a person or his private friend on the premises.
6 The licence holder and / or DPS is to support and rigorously enforce the Challenge 21 Proof of Age policy.
Any person who looks or appears to be under the age of 21 shall be asked to provide identification that they are over the age of 18. The following are the only forms of identification acceptable: Photo driving licence; Passport; Proof of Age Standards Scheme Card; any other locally or nationally approved form of identification which may be introduced in the future.
