Annex 2 - Conditions consistent with the Operating Schedule
1 Intoxicants to be served to residents and their guests only.
2 All licensed activities to be restricted to the area marked in red on the attached plan.
3 On 24th, 25th, 26th, 30th and 31st December, and 1st January, the permitted hours for all licensed regulated entertainment shall be extended until 0200 hours.
4 Noise from any regulated entertainment will be inaudible at the nearest noise sensitive premises or, at the discretion of the local authority, shall not exceed some other pre-agreed limit, which does not cause unreasonable disturbance to neighbouring residents or their guests.
5 All external windows and doors leading into the licensed area where regulated entertainment is provided should remain closed during the provision of the said entertainment except when being used as an escape route in the event of an emergency.
6 Regular assessments of the noise coming from the premises during regulated entertainment shall be made and the noise level adjusted accordingly.
7 The placing of refuse such as bottles into receptacles outside the premises shall not take place after 2100 so as to prevent disturbance to nearby premises.
8 A full health and safety plan for the premises must be available for inspection and held on site, the policy must include documented monthly health and safety inspections of the workplace by a competent person.
9 A full register of electrical equipment and test results must be carried out annually and documented evidence available for inspection (portable appliance testing results).
10 A full periodic inspection and test of the electrical installations must be carried out every five years or at intervals recommended by a competent person, documented evidence of the inspection and test must be available for inspection.
11 Documented evidence that all gas appliances on site are safe to use must be available for inspection and renewed on an annual basis.
12 Workplace noise assessments must be carried out and documented evidence available for inspection.
13 An asbestos assessment relating to this premise must be available for inspection.
14 CCTV will be installed at the front of house.
15 Notices will be displayed in the hotel's public areas requesting that residents leave the building quietly so as to respect neighbours and fellow guests.
16 There shall be no drinking in the street outside the hotel, and no glasses or bottles are to be taken outside of the hotel.
17 A proof of age scheme will be in operation at the premises.
18 No children will be permitted in the bar area unless accompanied by an adult.
