Annex 2 - Conditions consistent with the Operating Schedule
1 Risk assessments carried out by or on behalf of the licence holder which relate to a licensing objective will be available for inspection by an officer or a responsible authority.
2 A clear, legible and conspicuous notice requesting patrons to avoid causing noise, nuisance or disturbance to local residents shall be displayed at every exit.
3 The premises licence holder will risk assess the requirement for door supervisors at the premises and shall employ door supervisors in such numbers and at such times as is deemed necessary by the risk assessment. The Premises Licence Holder will ensure that at least 1SIA door supervisor is on duty at the premises on Friday and Saturday nights and Sundays during a Bank Holiday from 02:00 hours until the premises close.
4 CCTV to be installed at the premises which has adequate coverage to the satisfaction of Lancashire Constabulary over the trading area and external parts of the premises. At least 2 cameras will be installed to the front elevation (Queen Street) to provide coverage of the pavement area directly in front of the premises. The system will be capable of storing images for 28 days, the storage device will always be located securely in the premises with a staff member or member of management having access to the system whenever Licensable activities are taking place. The Premises Licence holder will ensure that a staff member or member of management will have the capability to provide images in a readable format to a Police Officer or Authorised Officer on request. The system will be checked, maintained and serviced at least once a year, recordsto evidence the servicing will be retained on the premises and produced on request to a police constable or authorised officer.
5 The trading area of the premises will be reduced from 01:00hrs till the terminal hour by the installation of a temporary barrier preventing customers from using the table, chairs and bench seating in this area (marked hatching on the plan attached to the licence). Clear notices to customers will be posted at the entrance to this part of the premises advising them that the area can only be used until 01:00 hours. Staff members and security will monitor this area to comply with the restrictions offered.
6 Unaccompanied children will not be allowed in the premises after 19.00 hours.
