Annex 2 - Conditions consistent with the Operating Schedule
1 Intoxicating liquor will only be sold during the permitted licensing hours, however, there shall be 30 minutes thereafter for the consumption of alcohol.
2 There shall be no off sales.
3 Any individual employed on the premises to carry out a security activity must be licensed by the Security Industry Authority.
4 All staff to have received suitable training in relation to the proof of age scheme to be applied upon the premises. Records to evidence this will be made available to an authorised officer upon request.
5 No children under the age of 18 will be permitted entry to the premises unless accompanied by a responsible adult at all times.
6 The licence holder is to support and rigorously enforce Challenge 21 proof of age policy. Any person who looks or appears to be under the age of 21 will be asked to provide identification that they are over the age of 18.
7 Appropriate measures will be taken to ensure staff prevent the removal of bottles or glasses from the curtilage and grounds of the licensed premises.
8 The premises are to be equipped with a CCTV system which is appropriate to its purpose and provided and maintained to the satisfaction of the enforcement authorities.
9 Only toughened glass vessels are used to dispense beverages to customers.
10 Frequent collection of glasses and bottles will be undertaken to ensure that empty containers do not accumulate in or around the licensed premises.
11 The Club will advise patrons of any taxi free-phone or collection arrangements available upon the premises.
12 A clear legible and conspicuous notice requesting patrons to avoid causing noise, nuisance or disturbance to local residents shall be displayed at every exit.
13 The volume of amplified sound used in connection with entertainment shall at all times be under the control of the licensee or management and the controlling mechanism shall be operated from a part of the premises inaccessible to the public.
14 Noise from any regulated entertainment or mechanical ventilation wil be inaudible within the nearest sensitive properties or, at the discretion of the Local Authority, shall not exceed some other pre-agreed limit, which does not cause unreasonable disturbance to the residents of these properties or their guests.
15 Vibration produced as a result of any regulated entertainment shall not be perceptible in any adjoining wall nearby sensitive properties.
16 All internal lobbied doors to any entrance / exit point, fire doors and external windows should be closed during hours of any regulated entertainment except in the event of the emergency or routine entry to or exit from the premises.
17 Deliveries to the premises shall only be made between the hours of 8am and 6pm.
18 The licence holder shall ensure that staff arriving before 8am or departing late at night when the premises have ceased trading shall conduct themselves in such a manner to avoid disturbance to nearby residents.
19 The placing of refuse, such as bottles, into receptacles outside the premises shall take place between 9am and 11pm so as to prevent disturbance to nearby premises and residents.
20 No entertainment of an adult or sexual nature will take place upon the licensed premises.
21 Entertainment will only take place in the function room.
