Annex 2 - Conditions consistent with the Operating Schedule
The rear fire doors to the premises will be kept closed, except for the purposes of emergency, after 2100 hours.
No nuisance from noise or odour will be caused to local residents by the use of ventilation, air conditioning or refrigeration equipment provided or used in association with the licensed premises after 2300.
No light from or on the premises and any other light under the control of the premises shall be provided where the light causes a nuisance to nearby residents after 2300.
The removal of bottles, rubbish, barrels from the premises and the subsequent storage in the rear yard area / associated outbuildings prior to collection shall be undertaken between 0800 and 2000 only to prevent disturbance to local residents from such activities.
The premises are operated in accordance with the principles outlined by the 'Nightsafe' Scheme, as are relevant to those premises, and indicated in the associated leaflet.
The premises shall be operated in participation with the 'Pubwatch' and 'Radiolink' schemes.
Only toughened glass vessels are used to dispense beverages to customers.
Another member of staff shall be nominated to act for the Designated Premises Supervisor, in their absence, whose identity is known by all other staff when such absence occurs.
Records of incidents involving the use and / or detection of drugs shall be maintained and those records shall be available for inspection.
Confiscated and found drugs shall be stored, disposed, transferred in accordance with procedures agreed with the Lancashire Constabulary.
A clear, legible and conspicuous notice requesting patrons to avoid causing noise, nuisance or disturbance to local residents shall be displayed at every exit.
