1 No supply of alcohol may be made under the premises licence -
a) At a time when there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of the premises licence,
or
b) At a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his personal licence is suspended.
2 Every supply of alcohol under the premise licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.
Annex 2 - Conditions consistent with the Operating Schedule
1 Intoxicants to be served to residents only.
2 Children are only permitted in the bar area when supervised by an adult, and only before 23.30 hours.
3 Means of giving warning in case of fire in the licensed area will be provided by means of heat detection.
4 An illuminated exit sign with appropriate signage above the exit door will be provided.
